I've been professionally chatting to members of the public about all things history for 25 years, working as a tour guide and explainer in a diverse range of museums and heritage sites that include some of the most iconic buildings in the United Kingdom. As well as talking, I've been a costumed interpreter, demonstrated cooking historical recipes with replica equipment, and even fired large artillery pieces throughout my career.
